Student Clinic Sessions
August – October
6-8 x 1hr sessions
Brunswick East
I am offering several opportunities for low-cost therapy sessions in exchange for my assessment and qualification needs as a trainee Gestalt therapist.
For those unfamiliar, Gestalt therapy is a relational and holistic modality of therapy which focuses more on the how than the why: raising awareness of how one does life, how one's histories show up in the present, how environment/culture shapes how we interface with the others and the world.
Gestalt therapy aims to support holistic, life-giving change with grace and affirmation of one's authenticity through the presence of relationship.

Some things we could look at together:
About Sarah
I am a queer, cisgender woman and a second generation Italian-Australian living on stolen land. I have been a student of Gestalt therapy since 2019. Before this, I studied transpersonal psychology. I bring a deep sensitivity and appreciation to the uniqueness that each person embodies, and aim to meet you in places which have felt difficult or impossible to hold on your own.
My approach is collaborative and experimental. I will support you to stay present to what is, using your bodily wisdom as a guide and gently challenging you where it feels called to for authentic growth. This is a space where you can bring any and all things that might seem strange, confusing, too painful to bear or even a little woo-woo.
Only you know the depth, texture and truth of your experience. I am your co-investigator along the way. Our work together will give you the space to cultivate an awareness of enduring patterns in your life, fostering self-compassion, self-responsibility, and a greater capacity for agency and connection.
